Weekend update.
I had such a good time at my good buddy Chris’s house in Buffalo. I drank like a fish (three bottles of wine and then some!) and sang like a karaoke diva! We didn’t go out, just hung around at the house, and quite honestly, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Well, it’d have been nice if my FatKid had been drunk right along with me! This was the first time since I’ve known him that I’ve been drunk when he wasn’t, haha!
I had a blast, playing all the old songs and it almost, almost felt like old times. But you know, it was better. Back then, I didn’t have a FatKid in my life.
Sunday was the shower, I had a decent time, I suppose. I’m very happy for Brett and Jessica, they’re such a cute couple! Jess is preggers and her belly’s starting to show, she’s so cute. I really can’t wait for the wedding, it should be a really nice time.
The food at the shower was pretty good, some yummy breaded chicken and noodles with herbs and whatnot. I enjoyed it.
There’s more I want to say, but I have to gather my thoughts. . .
